DISCLAIMER

Product User is aware that snowskating involves certain inherent risks, dangers and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. Product User hereby freely agrees to assume and accept all known and unknown risks of injury while using Shred Sleds Snowskates' Products. Product User further recognises and ackowledges that risks inherent in the sport of snowskating can be greatly reduced by riding within his abilities and using common sense at all times.

 

Product User agrees to waive and and all claims that I have or may in the future have against Shred Sleds Snowskates and to release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that he may suffer, or that his next of kin may suffer as a result of his use of Shred Sleds Snowskates' Products, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract or breach of warranty on the part of the releasees in respect of the design, manufacture, selection, intallation, maintenance or adjustement of the Products, or in respect of the provision of or the failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance as to the use of the Products.
